Frank practices tax law, both domestic and international. His focus is on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, estate planning, and cross-border transactions.

He frequently lectures at conferences, private and public seminars and continuing education events for professionals.

Frank is a graduate of McGill University Law School and was called to the bar in 1976. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the American Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association, and was the founding President of the Montreal branch of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.

According to "The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory" and "The Best Lawyers in Canada – 2008", Frank is recognized as one of the best tax specialists in Quebec as regards personal and estate taxation. Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review Ratings ranks Me Zylberberg as one of the best in his field.
